Following a couple of years working as an Apprentice with Salford City Council I joined Atkins Odlin Consulting Engineers, initially working on site before moving into the design team. Through acquisition I joined Mouchel where I worked as a Regional Manager before joining 4way in 2013.

I’ve been fortunate enough to work on highways technology projects of varying complexity and scale both in the UK and internationally. I really enjoy the technical focus of my job, particularly the opportunity to investigate complex problems and solve them collaboratively with colleagues and clients. I’m also responsible for the Health and Safety aspects of the 4way business and therefore hold a keen interest not only in scheme design but implementation, operation and maintainability too.

I am the number one fan, supporter and general taxi driver for my kids sporting activities and events. Whether it be football, basketball, netball or swimming – I’m there cheering them on (and giving them a lift).
